Tom Keefe leads the firm’s data and analytics offering, helping clients turn noise into clear, actionable intelligence that informs strategy and strengthens outcomes. He works closely with client teams to translate complex information into insights that support communications, government relations, and advisory efforts in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.

Before joining Invariant, Tom managed business operations at a political consulting and marketing firm, where he oversaw production, technology, and served as lead project manager. He also worked in press and digital media in the United States Senate. Earlier in his career, Tom spent five years in Montgomery County (Maryland) Public Schools as an athletic administrator and high school coach.
